Complaints
We welcome any comments that you may have on the service we provide and how we can improve it. We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
You can make an appointment to see the Practice Manager to discuss your concerns or put this writing.
We will acknowledge the complaint within 2 working days and investigate the matter and respond to you in writing within 10 working days
